A short story of the rise and fall of a phenomenon. He sat there. Alone in his room. It smelt like procrastination and old socks which he was procrastinating about getting rid of. He looked around. Nothing new. No new updates. He set his mood to apathetic and left a bulletin message. Which no one ever replied to. He looked at his mountains of friends. Each one was dead and inactive. He decided to clean out his closet. Old servers got wiped and accounts dissappeared. His friends list was empty. He cried to himself. Where had the good times gone?? Why are crowds so fickle? WHy do they smile and applaud and then turn up their nose? Was his service not the best? Did he not protect them from the bad people? Did he not finally block all the dodgy girl malwear trying to befriend everyone? And in return for what? Desertion! He thought about changing his picture. But whats the point? he hadn't changed it in years, and no one would even know if he did now. Then a flicker of light! Gasp! A new friend! Oh wait.. Its just another 16 year old emo that had been left out of the loop. He sent him a message. "Everyones on facebook now." then a reply "Oh right. Thankyou, do you like my angles?" He checked. They were generic. He deleted the emo kid. Switched off his computer and went outside. Outside was where he was normal again. Not a washed up programmer and a former superstar. Outside he was just Tom.

Episode 5 - Geometry wars and Space invaders

So I take a trip into space for this episode, pointing out how much square enix can do, but in actual fact DON'T. Cause Apparently their more into jerking off into Final Fantasy and how much money their milking off that, than they are into making a compelling gaming experience in any other game. But I digress, space, right. Geometry wars on the other hand was amazingly fun. So there we go. Geometry one, Space invaders 10, but they didnt score any points with this latest remake, they get all those other ten points from my happy childhood.

Episode 4 - Guitar rock tour & rock Revolution

Sorry for the averagness of the recording, I swear Ill never do it again. Oh yea, is it just me or is sk8er boy on every single freakin' rhythm game?? (excerpt from wikipedia, which I kindly added to.) Guitar Rock Tour is a video game on the Nintendo DS. It was released on the 4th of November, 2008. It is was made by gameloft after they saw how well harmonix was doing with guitar hero. With its release so close to "Guitar hero on tour:Decades" They are expecting huge amount of sales in the first week, then a massive decline when people realize they bought the wrong game and then return it.

Welcome to episode one of US4, with us four gaming enthusiasts. Im Izak Flash Man, your host and hopefully Ill be bringing you a weekly episode of US4. To sum it up, we will be “reviewing” (In a broad sense of the word,) games and everything that it encompasses. There are no holds barred from these conversations, if we hate a game we will tell you we “Fucking hate it.” You can tell us if you like, but what good that will do I don’t really know. So don’t be too faggoty if we dislike your game, or like a game you hate. This being our first episode, we have no structure and have yet to let each other speak without shouting them down. Also Matt has some sort of disease and his hands shake uber lots. So if it pops and clicks every now and again, I KNOW. Feel free to post suggestions on how to make the show better, or games you want to see in an episode. To introduce, there are four of us, Izak Flash Man, Me, Your host. Matt, The guy who holds the Mic and has insightful stuff to say. Hayden, quiet, but knows what he’s talking about (Is training in computer programming.) Quin, The loud outspoken Hardcore Gamer. We all have PCs and Xbox360s. At some point Ill bring in a PS3 fan to even the playing field.
